  • 9) Reference list of equipments working beyond 5 years and contact details of client

  • 1) P & ID of process & equipment and verified at site
  • 2) Safety interlocks provided for equipment protection
  • 3) Safety equipments proposed including plant room requirement
  • 4) Ozone & oxygen leakage testing
  • 5) On line ozone production testing
  • 6) Guarantees for residual ozone / or process
  • 7) Validation documents if required
  • 8) Operation Manuals including Dos and Don’ts
  • 9) Comprehensive training for operations & safety
  • 10) 24 X 7 technical & operation assistance

A GMAP programme is required for the ozone Industry. This alone would increase the confidence of the prospective users and provide a stimulus for growth of this Industry.
